The Vulcan is a direct-to-garment (DTG) printing system that can produce up to 250 garments per hour, with dark and light garments being printed at the same speed. Compared to Kornit’s current systems, Vulcan users can reduce the cost per print by up to 40%, according to the company.
The Allegro is a single-step digital textile printing system designed for high-speed, end-to-end production. The system features a print width of 1.8m and inline pretreatment technology. According to Kornit, companies can shorten their turnaround times, cut intermediators and eliminate inventory cost due to its resource-efficient technology.
The Storm Hexa is a DTG printing system for medium-sized businesses. It features a recirculating ink system and more nozzles to increase productivity. It is equipped with 16 print heads and two more colors for full CMYK, red, green and white support. — M.Q.
