Holloway Launches New E-Commerce Site

Holloway Sportswear Inc., Sidney, Ohio, recently debuted a new e-commerce site, which will improve convenience and provide added support for the its diversified customer base, according to the company.

Key features of the site include an easy process for around-the-clock ordering, live inventory viewing, real-time freight quotes, access to tracking and order histories. The site also will offer increased image sizes, access to product details and the ability to download, print and e-mail catalogs.

Holloway also has enhanced its customer service through its new Shipping Notifications System. Every blank stock order received by the company via fax, phone or e-commerce will generate an e-mail to the customer to confirm shipping, as well as providing a tracking number.
