Boyd Technologies Relocates Wellington Custom Fabrics

Boyd Technologies, South Lee, Mass., has announced that it recently relocated Wellington Custom Fabrics, Columbus, Ga., to its Massachusetts headquarters. 

Boyd Technologies, which was formed as the parent company to Boyd Converting Co. in 2007, acquired Wellington Custom Fabrics in early 2008.  Both subsidiaries are now being consolidated under the Boyd Technologies name. Wellington Custom Fabrics will remain intact as one of Boyd’s core brands, which offers a portfolio of about 50 products to the apparel industry.  The Boyd Converting business will continue operations uninterrupted.
