Broder Bros. Updates 2009 Collections

Broder Bros. Co. has updated and added several styles in its Harriton line. A detailed Harriton brand catalog will be available in October.

Broder Bros. Co., Trevose, Pa., recently announced that its Champion and Harriton collections will feature several new styles for 2009.

Broder enhanced its Champion collection with new levels of performance features, including Double Dry Elevation, Double Dry Compression, Double Dry and Basic Performance. Basic Performance styles feature moisture-wicking properties, while the Double Dry level includes products that wick away moisture and have anti-microbial capabilities. Double Dry Compression gear features moisture-wicking and anti-microbial properties, and has tight-knit fits to keep muscles warm and add support. The Double Dry Elevation level features styles that wick moisture, are anti-microbial and have mesh ventilation.

In October 2009, Broder plans to debut seven new Champion styles and also re-introduce several of its best-selling Champion activewear pieces.

In addition, Broder will launch a revived version of its Harriton brand line for 2009, which will feature new polo, woven, athletic and outerwear styles. Spotlighted introductions include the Easy Blend Polo, a women’s Polytech Polo, the Stadium Jacket and more. A detailed catalog will be available in October.

In other news, Broder announced that former Dallas Cowboy Randy White will be on hand to sign autographs at the company’s All Star Gala, an event which will take place in conjunction with the Imprinted Sportswear Show in Fort Worth, Texas. Broder will host the event Oct. 4 at theFort Worth Cat’s ballpark, La Grave Field. A fashion show featuring Broder’s latest styles is scheduled to take place.
