New Events Highlight Imprinted Sportswear Show's Return to New England

ISS offers one-stop destination for decorated apparel business knowledge.
May 12, 2008

The Imprinted Sportswear Shows (ISS) have long recognized the importance of regional events, last year re-introducing a full-scale exhibition and conference to apparel decorators and promotional products distributors in New England. With transportation costs soaring, the convenience of a regional trade show and educational conference is more important than ever.

Established textile screen printers, commercial embroiderers, promotional products distributors, digital decorators and retailers, as well as those interested in starting a decorated apparel business or adding apparel decoration to an existing business, now can save time and money via a trade show held right in their backyard. The New England Imprinted Sportswear Show returns again this year to the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence, R.I., with workshop day on Thursday, July 17 and the exhibition and conference taking place from Friday to Sunday, July 18-20.

"ISS New England provides a unique opportunity for regional apparel decorators and promotional consultants to experience first-hand the latest decorated apparel products and processes, network with peers and learn new skills," says Richard Lebovitz, editorial director for Impressions, the magazine sponsor of the Imprinted Sportswear Shows. "This year marks the Imprinted Sportswear Show's 30th anniversary, and in keeping with our tradition of innovation, we've introduced a number of new show attractions and educational events, including the Green Pavilion and Eco Trail, which serve as an introduction to this year's hottest trend."

Here's a taste of what attendees will have the opportunity to experience.
