Dussault Apparel, a designer, manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer of high-end quality apparel and accessories, recently introduced its spring line of T-shirts that pay tribute to bands of the 1980s. The new line, called "Mocker T's," contains designs that are completely redrawn by hand and feature a satirical play on words in reference to the original bands.
“At Dussault, our designs are created to celebrate your individuality," says owner, Jason Dussault. "In our tradition of customization, and our custom-house roots, I have created a T-shirt so you can have fun being a designer along with me."
The women's Mocker T-shirt comes ready for customizing with a pair of scissors and styling suggestions enabling customers to create a vintage look, an ‘80’s glam look or any look they want, and the men’s Mocker T is designed to fit perfectly with a pinch rolled pair of Dussault jeans. The T-shirts are made from 100% organic cotton, and a limited number of them made from 70% bamboo/30% cotton are available.
The premise was pretty simple. When EDUN, a fashion company specializing in organic, eco-friendly clothing and graphic T-shirts, was founded in 2005 by musician, activist and philanthropist Bono and his wife, Ali Hewson, the duo also wanted to focus on sustainable employment on the ground level in the region where the clothing is produced: sub-Saharan Africa.
