Using the award-winning design “Rooted in Hope,” created by Kristen Redfearn of Marketing Communications, Boston, Ga., for Gildan Activewear’s 5-5-5 Chari-T design contest, Viera printed 1,909 shirts (donated by Gildan) using M&R’s new Challenger III and Passport Automatic Unloader. That number eclipsed the previous world record of 1,805 shirts, set in 2005.
