Boxercraft Acquires Jones & Mitchell Sportswear AssetsJuly 13, 2011Boxercraft Inc., Atlanta, recently announced that it has purchased the assets of Jones & Mitchell Sportswear Inc., Overland Park, Kan., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Augusta Sportswear Holdings Inc. Jones & Mitchell Sportswear designs and manufactures decorated apparel for multiple retail distribution channels in the United States. The company will remain under the direction of Donna Hansen, current president, and its present management team.
