Brother Receives Oeko-Tex CertificationJanuary 19, 2010Brother Industries Ltd. recently received Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification for inkjet printing for cotton fabrics, pretreatment and printing with five-color pigments. The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) determined that certification from Oeko-Tex verifies compliance with certain specific requirements under the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA). Based on this certification, Brother's GT-541 and GT-782 garment printing machines are capable of producing certain garments that comply with specific requirements of CPSIA.
