Graphic Solutions Group Offers Engineering Pallets

Graphic Solutions Group (GSG), Dallas, now offers a full line of replacement textile printing pallets that fit on any major model of manual or automatic screen printing press, according to the company.

The company offers a selection of standard and specialty application pallets, including bottle koozie, single pocket, tagless, tapered sleeve, umbrella printing, zipper hoodie and more.

Standard pallets are made of 1/4-inch solid aluminum and come with a laminated or soft rubber top. The lamination process has been mechanized to assure consistent quality. The soft top rubber surface offers a flat, lightweight, flash-friendly printing surface. Additionally, the pallets are interchangeable with the original equipment. GSG also offers honeycomb pallets that are 1/2-inch thick and one-fourth the weight of a solid 1/4-inch aluminum pallet, according to the company.
