Workhorse Upgrades Powerhouse Dryer Series

November 19, 2009

Workhorse Products, Phoenix, recently made improvements to its premiere Powerhouse dryer series that make it more versatile and dependable, according to the company.

The dryers now include a larger control panel that make them easier to use and more intuitive. The exhaust unit has been moved from the center to the rear so that exhaust from the tunnel is vented more efficiently. Also, the dryer belt will now move in forward and reverse directions, enabling a press to be stationed at either end of the dryer so that production can be switched from one press to another while saving space.

New "cool" handles have been added to the dryer doors so that height adjustments can be made more easily without the worry of users burning their fingers.

The Powerhouse series comes in four sizes: 26" x 8'; 30" x 11'; 40" x 13'; and 52" x 17'. For more information, visit workhorseproducts.com. — J.L.
