i-Group Technologies Releases Interface for Pretreatment Machine

i-Group Technologies LLC, New Philadelphia, Ohio, recently announced the release of its Workflow Streamlining Interface for the Viper XPT-6000 pretreatment machine.

The Viper pretreatment machine is an automatic, independently controlled six-head, touchscreen controlled pretreatment machine applicator. The Workflow Streamlining Interface allows high-volume users to connect a computer to control all the user-settable parameters from their workflow software via a standard USB cable , according to the company.

The Workflow Streamlining Interface allows complete integration with a customer’s in-house software and bar code scanning system, making it easier while also reducing pretreatment costs, labor and scrap rates. Users can set the starting and ending spray points, fluid laydown value and control activation of each of the six independent spray heads, according to the company.
