Cotton Heritage, Commerce, Calif., has expanded its management team by appointing Ray Hughes as senior vice president.
Hughes has 33 years of apparel industry experience, most recently serving as vice president of wholesale sales at American Apparel. There, his oversight included domestic and international sales, working with wholesalers and key accounts from the embellishment channel, and preferred-vendor programs in the promotional products industry.
During the mid-1990s, Hughes also opened the West Coast location for Alpha Shirt Co. — M.Q.
