DecoNetwork Clients Increase Platform Use

DecoNetwork Pty. Ltd., Sydney, Australia, recently announced that its clients are using its comprehensive platform to do more business, both in terms of order volume and revenue.

The company’s responsive approach to customer feedback has fueled an uptick in platform adoption and increased use of its capacities, says Brendan Prazner, DecoNetwork product manager and evangelist.

“We’re continually checking out our effectiveness with our customers and asking them what we can improve or add to make their user experience smoother and more convenient,” he says.

DecoNetwork clients put 34.91% more online sales orders and 49.97% more online revenue through the platform during the last year, compared to the previous 12 months. Also, use of the quoting and order management features of DecoNetwork’s Business Hub increased 33.3% in offline sales volume and 44.41% in offline sales revenue during the same period, according to the company.


“These figures speak more persuasively than ever about the importance of a complete business solution,” Prazner says. “We’re serving both he online consumer market and some very high-volume and high-value business relationships, so a very flexible model is needed.”
