Hirsch Open House Celebrates Studio Expansion

November 22, 2016

Hirsch Solutions, Hauppauge, N.Y., recently expanded its Huntersville, N.C., Solution Studio, which the company celebrated by hosting an open house in October.

The open house gave visitors an opportunity to see new equipment and technology, innovative decorating techniques and talk to industry experts and network with peers.

The expansion increased the studio’s space by 200%, and additional equipment now on display includes the Kornit Storm Hexa digital direct-to-garment printer, MHM iQ-Oval automatic screen-printing machine, Synchroprint 5000 carousel printer, Kornit Paradigm II attached to the MHM S-Type Xtreme press, and the Adelco Duplex dryer.

Some of the newer embroidery machine models on display included the Tajima TMARK Type 2 and TMBU-SC “Golf Bag” machine, which was specifically designed to accommodate oversized items, such as golf bags, luggage and duffel bags.

“The expanded showroom has allowed us to add more equipment from our product lines than we were previously able to show,” says Larry Duffin, studio director.

Visitors also saw samples donated by customers and shirts, created by Hirsch’s research and development team, that showcased cutting-edge looks and techniques possible with the equipment on display. — J.L.
