In the United States, Noble Biomaterials’ X-Static technology has become a widely accepted, highly efficient technology for infection prevention, according to the company, with partners including ArcCom, Infinitude Clothing, Encompass, Core 61 and NMI Health.
In Europe, X-Static is expanding, with market penetration in the Benelux countries at about 80% for hospital garments used in operating rooms and intensive care units. In the core European markets, there has been an increase in brand awareness as a result of the positive experiences acquired in the application, according to the company.
Due to the combination of antistatic and antimicrobial properties, X-Static offers an alternative to existing solutions with carbon. Studies prove the technology efficiently reduces multi-resistant strains of bacteria, according to the company.
