OTTO Intl. Inc., Ontario, Calif., recently introduced its OTTO Embroidery product line to the industry.
OTTO Embroidery products include a high-speed performance polyester #40 thread, available in white and black in 5,500-yard cones. Also included are 100% polyester LType pre-wound bobbins in white and black. Both products are competitively priced, according to the company.
“Otto Cap has always committed to bringing the best in quality and services to our customers,” says Jennifer Lee, vice president of OTTO. “With our new embroidery product line, our customers can enjoy the same qualities and benefits as our custom overseas production.”
All OTTO Embroidery products have been tested and inspected throughout all phases of production, including inspection of the finest raw materials, extensive lab testing before and after dyeing, testing to determine thread performance under all types of production conditions, as well as additional testing in compliance with DIN and ISO specifications, according to the company.
Products also are Oeko-Tex 100 certified and are produced without harming the environment. Oeko-Tex is an international testing and certification system for textiles that limits the use of certain chemicals.
