Ohio Governor Holds Town Hall Meeting at Vapor Apparel

November 24, 2015

Presidential candidate and current Governor of Ohio John Kasich visited Vapor Apparel, Charleston, S.C., to learn about the decorated apparel industry and discuss small-business economic issues.

“We got to spend some time with the governor and talk about real issues that are impacting our industry and small businesses around the country,” says Jackson Burnett, president and co-founder of Vapor Apparel.
Prior to meeting with business owners and citizens, Kasich got a chance to learn more about the sublimation and print-on-demand marketplace.

“We got to share our industry with the Governor and show him why it is a growing part of the economy,” says Christopher Bernat, chief revenue officer and co-founder of Vapor Apparel. “Of course we had to make him some custom sublimated socks for his presidential run.”
