Proforma Names On Sale Promos Owner ‘Innovator of the Year’

Proforma, Cleveland, recently named Josh Frey, founder of the The Swag Coach program and owner of On Sale Promos LLC, the “Innovator of the Year” at its annual convention. 


This award is given to a member of the Proforma Network who displays creativity, innovation and uses forward-thinking sales strategies to significantly grow his or her business.


Frey was recognized for embracing opportunities to incorporate creative components, technology and comprehensive customer support to provide his clients with innovative business and marketing solutions, according to the company.

Within the past year, Frey secured a three-year, $3 million contract with a Fortune 500 company by implementing an e-commerce solution into its sales mix and developing a marketing campaign to launch the program. Frey’s innovative solution has resulted in a 300% sales increase for his client in just the first six months.


Frey, a 20-year veteran in the print and promotional products industry, founded The Swag Coach program in 2012, teaching others how to start and grow their own distributorships by providing a “business-in-a-box” solution, centered on training, ongoing coaching, technology and outsourcing.
