Williamson-Dickie Mfg. Co. Acquires North East Rig Out Ltd.
Global workwear maker Williamson-Dickie Mfg. Co., Fort Worth, Texas, has acquired workwear manufacturer North East Rig Out Ltd. (NERO), Aberdeen, United Kingdom.
The acquisition was completed July 18 by Williamson-Dickie’s European division. Established in 1995, NERO specializes in the oil and gas industry.
