Vastex Int'l has introduced two new dryers, the BigRed-V30 and V54. Designed for digitally printed garments as well as water-based, discharge and plastisol prints. The BigRed V Series offer two-zone temperature control with closed-loop sensor feedback, digital belt speed meter, self-diagnostics and precise heater focusing between 2 and 7 inches off the belt.

The Circuit (style 905) is the first release in a new line called Tri-Mountain Racewear or TMR. A modern pit crew shirt with super-soft peached surface, it was designed with input from the automotive racing and car show world. This short-sleeve twill camp shirt is made of 5.5-ounce cotton and has industrial-grade reflective trim along the front and back yokes and two chest pockets.

Easy Prints service from Transfer Express is a step-by-step program that prompts a decorator through the process of choosing colors, typeface, layout, text and size of name drops, numbers and/or graphics for team uniforms. Same-day shipping on numbers and letters.

The Starter (style 988) from Tonix is made of 100% SoftCool water-repellant performance fabric. Featuring full front zip, two side pockets, rib trim, contrast color blocking, striping, raglan sleeves and fleece-lined body.

The Custom Made Easy program from Stahls' ID Direct offers a variety of layouts and font styles to create custom graphics from CAD-CUT vinyl, SlimStitch or appliqué materials. Block Letter style offers 18 fonts, 18 tails and 20 layouts, while Script comes in five fonts and 24 (optional) tail styles.

Ryonet's All-Over Silver Press offers the ability to print a design across an entire T-shirt. Using side clamps, the heavy duty press holds screens up to 48-inches wide and, with a neoprene surface on the pallet, operators can place a shirt directly onto the pallet and print direct to the shirt.

Pizzazz expands its cheer and spiritwear lines with a zebra glitter collection that includes sports tops, shorts, bras and briefs. Funky colors include hot pink, lime, turquoise, red and white zebra, all with glitter overlays.

KAVIO's Junior Long-sleeve Pullover Hoodie with drawstring (style 0305-000) is made of lightweight jersey and great for the main focus of an outfit or to use as a warm up. Available in sizes S-XL in baby pink, black, blue, brown, navy, heather grey, red and white.

Cad-Color Solutions Satin Print from Imprintables Warehouse is a digital printable media designed for equipment that prints and cuts, you can create detailed full-color graphic transfers for light and dark garments. Offered by Imprintables Warehouse, this brand-new material has a matte finish and prints vivid color.

Flexfit brings Tactel caps -- long popular at retail -- into promotional products and team sports. Tactel is extremely breathable and lightweight, making these new hats water- and wind-resistant. Style 6530 is low-profile with Permacurv PE visor, and made of 84% nylon / 14% cotton /2% Lycra spandex.

The Matrix by MHM from Hirsch Intl. is a modular press for oversize and all-over printing that won't become obsolete if oversize slows in popularity. Three standard print sizes are 20" x 28", 28" x 40" and 31" x 40". The press can be expanded in modules of four or six print stations.

The DTG K3 Raptor inkjet garment printer distributed by SWF/Mesa , uses the latest high performance piezo print head technology, a micro-servo motor driven system, and a patented white ink management system. It offers dot registration accuracy to within 0.017mm and reliable white ink performance with a minimum of maintenance time.

L.A. T Sportswear introduces its Ladies French Terry V-Neck Hooded Pullover (style 3654) available in seven fashionable colors. Made of 8-ouce 60% cotton / 40% poly, it is softly shaped for a classic feminine fit.

Holloway’s new soft-shell Radius jacket (style 229114) features three layers of bonded fabric: a stretch woven face, waterproof-windproof center and soft microfleece backing. Bi-color design offered in five combinations.

The Tajima NEO Plus singlehead embroidery machine by Hirsch Int'l. has 15 needles and an extra large 19.5” x 14” sewing field. It has a color LCD control panel, upper and lower thread break detectors, quick change over from tubular to caps, beam sensor safety feature, automatic upper and lower thread trimmers and a noise reduction features.

Great Dane Graphics has added many designs to its ever-expanding collection of stock clipart for screen printing, digital DTG, transfers and graphics printing. Among the new designs are a motorcycle, tropical fish, heraldry cross with wings and an eagle’s head. New designs are added monthly to greatdanegraphics.com.

The Proel Laser Bridge machine distributed by BITO can cut, engrave, etch or mark hooped embroidery, allowing the user to create appliqués, reverse appliqués and multilayer appliqués. The high-speed galvanometic laser moves along a beam positioned above any brand of embroidery machine -- and can span multiheads from 13 feet to 66 feet.

The Brother GT-782 inkjet garment printer has two independently operated 16" x 18" platens. Capable of high volume printing of light and dark garments. Brother’s genuine white ink and ink cartridge system provides speed, output quality, easy maintenance and economical operations. No RIP (raster image processor) is required; most popular graphic applications can operate the GT-782 with its native print driver.
