Workhorse Products' new 12-color Falcon Duplex is an automatic screen printing press that is capable of printing 12 colors on a standard-size garment or six colors on jumbo-size garments. The press includes features such as screen holders for the Newman Roller Frame pin system, squeegee and flood bar pneumatic clamps, and tool-free print head adjustments.

The Quik Draw screen printing spray glue holster from Top This Enterprises can be attached to manual or automatic screen frames and, once in place, enables printers to keep a can of spray glue in close proximity. The holster is made from tubular aluminum and flat aluminum formed at 90-degree angles. The attaching part can be bent to fit a screen's width.

The Vastex V2000HD manual press is built on 3 1/2-inch square tubular steel legs and a 2 3/4-inch main center shaft. It features an all-steel welded construction, precisions bearings on all moving points including the registration locks, all-steel pallets with rubber tops, a linear and anti-backlash micro registration, and more.

EasiStrip SUPRA from EasiWay Systems is a biodegradable, eco-friendly, non-toxic, non-solvent and water-based product that removes ink and emulsion in one step. SUPRA is a low-odor, non-flammable product that can be mixed with water in a dip tank and then used manually or in automatic screen reclaiming equipment.

The Spray Glue Guard by SP Solutions is an inexpensive and easy method to control overspray when applying adhesive to the textile press pallet. It will capture 95% of airborne glue, according to the company, cutting down on sticky floors and extra press maintenance.

This 6-head press from R Jennings Mfg. Co. features spring tensions control, all-aluminum parts and much more.

Jalema Inc.'s large-format storage racks can house files measuring from 9" x 12" to 25" x 37" within the same unit. These racks enable decorators to manage and protect active and archived jobs efficiently, according to the company.

The 770 Series press from Printa Systems is available in 4-color/4-station or 6-color/4-station models. It requires only a 50-square-foot operation area and 10-square-foot storage space. It features a dual-function, onboard exposure unit and much more.

McBee Supply's new Javelin Pro press features a touch screen master control panel, double-index speeds that now move twice without lifting in between strokes, multiple print stroke that is more rapid with the table staying up, and many more advanced attributes.

The Raceway Equipment six-color, two-station tabletop printer from Performance Screen Supply comes with a 16" x 16" adult platen, though youth, infant, hat and sleeve platens also are available.

Tech Support's Freedom textile press is a six-color model that is specially designed to speed set-up times by allowing printers to adjust the pressure and print angle with fewer knobs. It also features a self-leveling squeegee and much more.

The one- and two-color semi-automatic screen machines from Miller Process Coating Co. feature integrated LED UV cure units. It can print on ceramic, glass, stainless steel, acrylic and polycarbonate.

The tabletop Harmony Ink Dispenser from Inkcups Now. Corp. is a 12- or 16-canister system designed to store and accurately dispense printing inks and thinners. The Dispenser’s hermetically sealable and solvent-resistant canisters hold up to 2.5 liters of ink or thinner.

The Hotronix® Hover Press™ from Stahls’ ID Direct includes digital time, temperature and pressure displays and allows the operator to set the press for two functions: hover or pressure. The Hover Press™ is ideal for curing direct-to-garment and screen printed inks.

The Alpha 8 6080 and 80110 automatic textile presses from M&R offer maximum image areas of 24" x 33" and 31.5" x 43.5", respectively. Both models incorporate a wider-set print carriage, enhancing print quality and stability on wider prints.

Antec Inc.'s Legend L8/8/S printer features patented all-arms-down head design, non-linked micro adjustment, patented micro lock, center-pivot warped screen adjust, off-contact screen control, ball-bearing construction, strut-supported print stations and much more.

The Vastex Auto Flash automated cure unit from Equipment Zone speeds production time by moving the flash head in and out of position at the touch of a foot pedal, according to the company. In addition, the foot pedal is attached to the unit with a 7-foot cord, meaning operators don't have to stand right next to a hot flash unit. It is compatible with manual and automatic presses.
